Hello darlings,
Falling in love with fall and all that comes with its
harvest. We have been like little squirrels, storing
for winter. We canned and freeze some of our
local fruits, and we loving every minute of it.
The apples are delicious and the peaches are
mouth watering. Very tasty indeed.

ReplyDeleteHave a nice weekend,
Janny.
Wow what a great variety of treats! I am trying my hand at canning for the first time. We have grapes in the backyard so I made some grape juice the other day and today I made some grape jelly. Would like to try some tomato sauce next, we'll see.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your goodies!

Dearest Wendy,
ReplyDeleteMy goodness, you both have been very industrious! Looks all delicious and you did it in a very smart way. Recycling those jars is a great idea. More women should do this in order to make ends meet during this downward economy.
Love to you,
Mariette
Wendy, your caning looks delicious and you have it displayed beautifully. I used to can, but mine never look that good. I love the mosaics. Wishing you harvest blessings as well.
