Signs of Spring

Hello darlings,
I have spent my last two weeks working in the garden.   I did all the edging, which it took me three days, I thought it will never end.  The mulch has been spread , and there's signs of spring everywhere!  Our daffodils and tulips are in all its glamour.  A sweet sigh indeed!

~ The tulips are dressed in Cherry Red . . .

. . . and the daffodils are dressed in Sunshine.

The perennials are beginning to pop up . . .

~ Sweet Wild Violets ~

It's a joy having a family of Bluebird
flying around our backyard.

Our neighborhood in all its glory!

I bought some pretty Violas to plant around
the mailbox post.

A cute bunny is always welcome here.

What are you planning to plant this coming season?

Have a lovely day!

  2. Tulips and blossom already, your Spring is in advance of ours, after The Big Freeze everything seems late this year.

  4. You are so fortunate that Spring has come your way! It is looking beautiful there. We can't plant a single thing outside until after Memorial Day because of danger of freezing. I am soooo envious of your weather- xo Diana

ps. I see Susie is following me around!;>) LOVE it!

  6. Dearest Wendy,

What a beautiful post! Your mulching looks like ready for magazine photos; so pretty! Also the faces from the pansies are so pretty. The best treasure is the photo of one of the bluebirds that live in your beautiful garden. Enjoy them and have a lovely spring!

  9. Wendy,
Your flowers are just beautiful with all their color. Everything looks so green and groomed in your garden. I am starting to see more flowers here too as spring is on the way. The picture of your house is so charming.
