Welcoming Spring in Our Home!

We are so glad to have you over.  Sit back, relax and enjoy a cup of tea.

~ Take a little Time for Tea ~

Every season has its song.  In fall, it is the skitter
of leaves across the walk; in winter, it is the hush
of fresh fallen snow; in the summer it is the roar
of waves, but it is Spring's song that makes spirits
soar.  For in spring, the songbirds fly home~
Swallows, Warbles and Orioles...

Spring's song is alive and chirping,
thus the music of the garden has
returned.

This lovely bird house I bought it at
Christmas Tree Shops, and the bird
came from Michael's.

The heart shape pillow I bought it at
Penny Lane Consignment store, when I was
living on Cape Cod, MA.   The beautiful flowers
came from Home Goods.

These doors were built by the
love of my life, my husband.

I adore Bunnies!

This cute bunny came from

A little bit of history...
Christmas Tree Shops was founded on
Cape Cod in 1970, and in 2003 was
purchase by Bed, Bath & Beyond.
I lived on the Cape for 17 years and
CTS has 6 store there, so I own a
lot of precious items from them.

A lovely collage for you!

These are the things that I love and am
inspired by.  I hope you will be
inspired too.

Enjoy a Tealightful Spring!

That door, made by the 'love of your life' is darling! It is mighty sweet of you to say that of him in your blog; compliments to you.
The heart shaped pillow is also a darling. And all the treasures you moved with you from Cape Cod. Interesting history you gave too.

  21. Hi Wendy, thank you for your recent visit to my blog and for following along with me. I am now YOUR newest follower.

Sadly, I can't see a single one of your photos. My internet filter (Integrity Online), which we have to keep trashy stuff out, is blocking all photos uploaded through blogger. Your blog background is beautiful, though, and I can imagine that your photos are equally lovely.

By the way, I don't blog a whole lot at Fill My Cup with Beauty right now. I spend more time at my classic movie blog, so if you are interested in those, please feel free to pop by that blog.

    Blessings,
    Patti

Your screen and the doors that your hubby made are to die for!!
If you visit and take a peek at a shelf that I show in my Craft Room, you will see that i have the tea pot to go with your rose tea cup! I also have the same bird from Micheal's that a friend bought for me and i have a Christmas Tree Shop about 10 minutes from me and it is my favorite place to shop!!
I am a Victorian type of gal and I can see we have similar likes so I signed up as a follower.
